Proverbs 3:5-6
5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
Funny how those old Seminary Scripture Mastery verses stick with you.
Food for thought:
- Read all imperative verbs in these two verses as commandments. How does that change your perception of these scriptures?
- What does it mean to ‘acknowledge him?’
